CPR C L ASSICAL
“
CPR Classical is an essential
part of my day.”
- Karen in Carbondale
CPR Classical is reaching audiences statewide and beyond with music
listeners say is “beautiful,” “calming” and “consistently excellent.” This year
we dramatically increased the availability of on-demand streams so listeners
can choose to hear specific shows on their own schedule. Unsurprisingly,
our most downloaded stream, by far, is “Night Music,” our nightly playlist
of the quieter side of classical music. Listeners find the peaceful tones of
“Night Music” a welcome respite at any time of day.
Other highlights from the year include broadcasting our 15th annual
Carol Countdown®, welcoming a CPR Classical Fellow (see page 12) and
participating in a large number of community events and engagements that
had us at venues all over Colorado. We love the chance to meet listeners
in person and promote the world-class, live classical music scene in our
beautiful state.
